imp2vs' usage summary says...
-z <l|z|b|x> use compression (default: none):

However, when I invoke...
imp2vs test.imp -o .
...I am rewarded with...
$ ls ?t*
nt.bzs nt.bzv nt.bzz ot.bzs ot.bzv ot.bzz

-r3192.

imp2vs.exe worked OK for me on 6 April.

I'm using the stuff from "sword-utilities-1.7.0-1.zip" downloaded last
October.

AFAIK, the Windows utilities have not been "released" again since then.
